Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Request
- Customer-Initiated Cancellation: If the client requests a cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled ritual date, a full refund will be processed, minus any non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors.
- Company-Initiated Cancellation: If we are forced to cancel the service due to unforeseen circumstances or Force Majeure, a full refund will be issued to the client, and our company will cover any associated transaction fees to ensure the client receives their total payment back.
2. Refund Processing
Once a cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Service Completion
Once the Umrah ritual has officially commenced, no refunds can be issued, as the service is considered fully performed.
4. Service Interruptions & Tracking Policy (VIP Package)
- Minor Interruptions: Short-term technical issues at the ritual site that do not hinder the client’s ability to use the VIP tracking feature do not affect the VIP Package status or pricing.
- Major Interruptions: In the event of a long-term technical disruption at the ritual site that prevents the client from using the VIP tracking feature, we will proactively downgrade your package to the “Standard” tier. The price difference will be refunded promptly.
- Important Note: This policy applies only to technical failures at the ritual location. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by the client’s own internet connection or local network issues.
5. Force Majeure & Liability
In the event of service disruption or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (such as internet outages or government regulations), we will issue a full refund of the amount paid by the client for the specific service package. Please note that our liability is limited to the refund of the service fee; no additional compensation or damages will be provided
