Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clients may request a cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. A full refund will be processed minus any non-refundable transaction fees. Once the ritual has commenced, no refunds can be issued, as the service is considered fully performed.
Service Interruptions & Downgrade Policy
Minor Interruptions: Short-term internet connectivity issues that do not hinder the client’s ability to track the service do not affect the VIP Package status or pricing.
Major Interruptions: In the event of a long-term technical disruption caused by internet service providers that prevents the client from tracking the service, we will proactively downgrade your package to the “Standard” tier. The price difference will be refunded promptly.
