Service Nature

SAFIR MAKKAH LLC acts as a facilitator for proxy Umrah services. The performance of the Umrah ritual constitutes the core of our service, while the tracking feature is considered a complimentary add-on.

Service Interruptions & Downgrade Policy

Minor Interruptions: Short-term internet connectivity issues that do not hinder the client’s ability to track the service do not affect the VIP Package status or pricing.

Major Interruptions: In the event of a long-term technical disruption caused by internet service providers that prevents the client from tracking the service, we will proactively downgrade your package to the “Standard” tier. The price difference will be refunded promptly.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clients may request a cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. A full refund will be processed minus any non-refundable transaction fees. Once the ritual has commenced, no refunds can be issued, as the service is considered fully performed.

Limitation of Liability

SAFIR MAKKAH LLC is not liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, government regulations, or Force Majeure. Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service package.

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal information and details regarding your loved ones are processed with the highest level of confidentiality and are used exclusively to fulfill your requested services. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to third parties.
